From Orange’s County famed The Bruery, we just tapped 6 Geese-A-Laying. It’s a dark & toasty winter ale…but wait, before you laugh, read on. We’ve been aging it in our cellar since just before the holidays, which helps bring out the flavors of plum & dark cherry. The aging also accentuates the bright, citrus-like flavors born from the cape gooseberries with which this malty ale was brewed. A delicious, crispy Belgian-style dark ale perfect as spring turns into summer. Cheers!
From Warwick, Rhode Island’s Proclamation Ale Company, Derivative is their single hop pale ale series. Australian Vic Secret hops deliver elements of tropical fruit, herbs and pine with clean notes of pineapple and passionfruit. This is a super dank, super juicy version of a New England style pale.
