WOW! We just tapped Dogfish’s Sixty-One. It’s their 60 Minute IPA plus one ingredient (hence “61”): Syrah grape must. Gives the beer a faint light purple hue and very pleasant fruity, yet still hoppy taste. A crisp finish makes it very easy-drinking, almost refreshing…perfect for the warm weather just around the corner. Truly unlike any beer I’ve ever had.
From Warwick, Rhode Island’s Proclamation Ale Company, Derivative is their single hop pale ale series. Australian Vic Secret hops deliver elements of tropical fruit, herbs and pine with clean notes of pineapple and passionfruit. This is a super dank, super juicy version of a New England style pale.
