Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Company gives us Honker’s Ale, an English style bitter ale. It combines a fruity hop aroma with a rich, malt middle. Very well-balanced and immensely drinkable. And at 4.3% abv you can enjoy more than one of these at the bar. Come check it out…just look for the goose tap handle (which we’ve dubbed Louis the Goose) & you’ll know we haven’t run out yet!
From Warwick, Rhode Island’s Proclamation Ale Company, Derivative is their single hop pale ale series. Australian Vic Secret hops deliver elements of tropical fruit, herbs and pine with clean notes of pineapple and passionfruit. This is a super dank, super juicy version of a New England style pale.
