The newest addition to our rotating draft selections is a local favorite of ours. Jack D’Or by Pretty Things (Stars on Tap – Pretty Things) is a perfect remedy to cut through the humidity of the day. This Saison/Farmhouse ale is a bright, slightly hazed, heavily carbonated, golden-maize coloring with a tall, frothy, white, clingy head. Aromas of lemon peel, clove, and pepper on a biscuit backbone with some fruity highlights. This well balanced beer is crisp and refreshing and perfect to enjoy on a humid day.
From Warwick, Rhode Island’s Proclamation Ale Company, Derivative is their single hop pale ale series. Australian Vic Secret hops deliver elements of tropical fruit, herbs and pine with clean notes of pineapple and passionfruit. This is a super dank, super juicy version of a New England style pale.
